How the Calculation is Done (Illustrative)

Base Single Premium: Interpolated from sample tabular rates for ₹1L SA, scaled for chosen SA, minus high SA rebate (₹20-40/₹1000 SA).

Extra Premium: 5% for Smoker, 10% for Medical (approx loading).
